Start the new year off with a bang by registering for the upcoming Spring 2017 semester at South Texas College (STC). There’s no time to waste as classes start January 17 at all STC locations in Hidalgo and Starr County. South Texas College’s Technology Campus Library presents “Illustrating Their World,” featuring illustrations by Valley artists Jessie Rodriguez and Roni Cortez.
