DHR assists the Valley Scholars Program at South Texas College

Doctors Hospital at Renaissance has donated $2,500 to the Valley Scholars Program at South Texas College. With their donation to the 11th Annual “A Night with the Stars” at a special check ceremony on Tuesday Aug. 23, DHR has become the latest sponsor that has affirmed their support for the brightest students in the Valley. Lt. Governor Dewhurst selects STC’s Valley Scholars Program for donation

Texas Lt. Governor David Dewhurst, the 2011 Border Texan of the Year, selected South Texas College's Valley Scholars Program to be one of four recipients of the proceeds from the 2011 Border Texan of the Year Dinner.
