Mid-Valley Vaccine Clinic Wednesday

South Texas College set to hold next vaccination clinic at Mid-Valley Campus Oct. 20

Summary

Vaccines will be administered on Wednesday Oct. 20 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at STC’s Mid-Valley Campus Building B Room 211 and 213. Registration will take place at the campus Pavilion.

STC in partnership with Hidalgo County are making concerted efforts to help mitigate the spread of the novel virus. The vaccine is free and open to students, faculty and staff who will register the day of on-site. FDA-approved for emergency use vaccine

First and second dose of Pfizer and Moderna vaccines will be available. Boosters and flu shots will also be available. Guests must provide a copy of their insurance card for the flu shots.

Students, faculty and staff must present their STC I.D. upon their arrival. Once students, faculty and staff have received their vaccine, they will enter the “monitoring room” in the same building following CDC (Center for Disease Control) guidelines.

The College is committed to supporting these ongoing public safety efforts, with a renewed focus on providing vaccines to college-bound students, their families, faculty, and staff.
