South Texas College closed due to inclement weather

All South Texas College campuses will be closed on Sunday and Monday due to a severe winter storm that has impacted the Rio Grande Valley.

The Department of Public Safety at STC is urging all students, staff, and faculty to follow local guidelines and monitor STC and local alerts. 

An alert was sent college-wide on Saturday Feb. 13.

A severe winter storm has impacted Deep South Texas and the Rio Grande Valley with freezing temperatures and hazardous conditions. All campuses for South Texas College will closed Sunday, February 14 through Monday, February 15, 2021. Please follow local safety guidelines to ensure your safety. South Texas College will continue to monitor local emergency resources to keep our campus community informed.
