Starr Vaccine Clinic Thursday

South Texas College in collaboration with Starr County set to hold vaccination clinic Sept. 30

Vaccines will be administered on Thursday Sept. 30 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Student Event Center Building “H” at STC’s Starr County Campus.

The college and County’s efforts are to help mitigate the spread of the novel virus. The vaccine is free and open to students, faculty and staff who will register on-site.

The first and second dose of Pfizer and Moderna vaccines, as well as the first dose of the Johnson and Johnson vaccine, will be available. Boosters will also be available.

Students, faculty and staff must present their STC I.D. upon arrival at Building “H”. Once students, faculty and staff have received their vaccine, they will enter the “monitoring room” in the same building following CDC (Center for Disease Control) guidelines.

The College is committed to supporting these ongoing public safety efforts, with a renewed focus on providing vaccines to college-bound students, their families, faculty, and staff.
